Terms and conditions
Booking, payment and cancellation terms, and the house rules. Last updated: 14 October 2026. This is an English translation; if there is any difference between the two versions, the Romanian version applies.
Who we are
Artcetera Lodge is a holiday home in Stulpicani, rented as a whole to a single group. It is run by ARTRAYA SRL (Artcetera Lodge), tax ID (CUI) 52300892, trade register no. How to book
Send your request through the form on the Rates and booking page, on WhatsApp or by email, with your dates and the number of guests. A request is not a firm booking and does not involve any payment.
We reply within 24 hours with availability, the total cost, the deposit terms and the pro forma invoice. The dates are held for you for 48 hours after we send you this information. Within this time, you pay a deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay. Once we have confirmed and the deposit is paid, the booking is firm. The balance is paid on arrival, in cash or by card.
Rates and minimum stay
The price is per night, for the whole house. The current rates are those shown on the Rates and booking page; we confirm the total cost of your stay in our reply to your request.
- at weekends: a minimum of 2 nights;
- from Sunday to Thursday: even for a single night, with departure by 12:00 on Friday at the latest;
- at Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Easter: a minimum of 3 nights.
The price includes the whole house and all available spaces, the hot tub, firewood for the fireplace, bed linen, towels, internet and parking. Breakfast and experiences are optional and paid for separately.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge until 23:59 on the day falling 15 days before your arrival date. For example, for an arrival on the 30th, you can cancel until 23:59 on the 15th. The deposit is refunded to the account it was paid from within 5 days. For cancellations made after this deadline, the deposit is not refunded.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. If you are arriving later, please let us know; for arrivals after 21:00 we need a message in advance. A later departure is possible only once we have confirmed it, depending on the house schedule. When you arrive, someone from our team will be waiting to give you the key.
Capacity
The house welcomes 6 adults, plus up to 2 children on the sofa beds. The house is not rented by the room. We do not have a baby cot.
Pets
We welcome one small or medium-sized pet per bedroom, at no extra cost, provided you let us know in advance. During your stay, your pet must be supervised. Pets are not allowed in the hot tub or the sauna, nor on the furniture, unless you use your own cover.
The hot tub and the sauna
The hot tub is included in the price; we get it ready at the time you choose, provided you let us know in good time. The sauna is still being fitted out; access will be included in the price once it is available.
Experiences and transfers
The experiences on the Artcetera experiences page and the transfers are optional. We confirm them in advance, depending on the season and on the availability of the locals, and they are paid for before they take place, at Artcetera Lodge, separately from the deposit for your stay. If an experience is cancelled because of the weather or because the local is no longer available, the amount paid for it is refunded in full.
Founding Guest
The first 10 direct bookings of at least 2 nights receive Founding Guest status. It goes to the person who makes the booking and takes part in the stay. On every return visit, this person gets 15% off direct bookings, a Welcome Box of local produce and access to offers for high-demand periods 48 hours before they are announced publicly, provided they take part in the stay. The minimum stay for these bookings is 3 nights over the holidays, 2 nights at weekends and one night during the week.
