Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is ARTRAYA SRL (Artcetera Lodge), tax ID (CUI) 52300892, trade register no. J2025059534009, with its registered office at Str. Valea Gemenii 113, Stulpicani, Suceava county, Romania. You can write to us at any time at artceteralodge@gmail.com or call us on +40 734 427 335.

What data we use

• from the booking request form: your name, phone number, email address, arrival and departure dates, the number of adults, the number and ages of children, details of your pet, your preferred contact channel and your message;
• from the contact form: your name, email address and message;
• from messages sent on WhatsApp, by email or by phone: the information you choose to give us;
• for confirmed bookings: the details needed for the invoice and for paying the deposit;
• only if you accept statistics in the cookie banner: data about your visit collected by Google Analytics (the pages you view, where you reached the website from, your type of device and browser, your approximate town or city), without your name or contact details.

We do not ask for health information or any other sensitive data, and we ask you not to send it to us.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• to reply to your request, check availability and send you the cost of your stay: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR);
• to organise your booking and your stay: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b));
• to issue the pro forma invoice and the invoice and to keep our accounting records: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c));
• to protect the website from automated messages: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f));
• to see which pages are useful and to improve the website, through Google Analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

Requests and messages sent through the website are deleted automatically after 12 months. Invoices and other accounting documents are kept for the period required by financial and accounting law. We keep WhatsApp and email correspondence only for as long as it is needed for your booking and your stay. Data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.

Who else has access to the data

• the website hosting provider, on whose server the requests sent through the form are stored;
• Google, through its Gmail service (artceteralodge@gmail.com), where requests and messages arrive; Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by law;
• Google, through Google Analytics and Google Maps, only if you give your consent in the cookie banner or press “Show the map”;
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp;
• ZAO Media, the company that looks after the website and its statistics technically, only to the extent needed to maintain them;
• public authorities, only when the law requires us to.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at artceteralodge@gmail.com; we will reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
