Rates for the whole house
Choose your dates and the number of guests. We confirm the total cost before you pay a deposit.
Here you don’t pay for rooms, but for a whole house, with everything lovely in it, for your group. Pick your dates in the calendar, send your request and we will reply within one day. You book directly with us, simply and with no middlemen.
Weekends and holidays

With 6 adults, a weekend works out at 250 lei per person per night, hot tub included.
Sunday to Thursday: even for a single night
From Sunday to Thursday, Artcetera Lodge moves at a different pace. You can rent the house even for a single night, at a rate that depends on the number of guests. Arrive on any day from Sunday to Thursday and leave by 12:00 on Friday at the latest. Every time, the house is entirely yours.

Whatever the number of guests, the whole house is booked for your group alone.
We don’t have a separate summer rate. Offers come up for special occasions, in the low season or for longer stays.
Work from the mountains
Open your laptop wherever you like: on the terrace, in the gazebo or at the desk in Odaia stâncii. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house, with the forest and meadows all around you. Work for a few hours, then close the laptop and get into the hot tub. And if you only need one night, from Tuesday to Wednesday, that is perfectly fine.

What’s included

- Internet, parking and someone from the village waiting to welcome you
If you like, we can add a few village treats at extra cost: a local breakfast (30 lei per adult, with separate prices for children), a meal cooked by a local (from 500 lei), lunch at a sheepfold, rides in a horse-drawn cart or sleigh, guided walks and transfers from the railway station or the airport. Conditions at a glance
Check-in and check-out: arrival from 15:00, departure by 12:00. Arriving later? Just let us know. For arrivals after 21:00, we need a message in advance. And if no other group is arriving the same day, we can let you enjoy the house for another 2-3 hours before you leave.
Payment: You pay a deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation of availability, the total cost and the pro forma invoice. During this time, the dates are held for you. The balance is paid on arrival, in cash or by card.
Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until 23:59 on the day falling 15 days before your arrival date. For example, for an arrival on the 30th, you can cancel until 23:59 on the 15th. The deposit is refunded to the account it was paid from within 5 days. For cancellations made after this deadline, the deposit is not refunded.
Pets: small or medium-sized, at most one per bedroom, free of charge, with a few simple rules.
Capacity: 6 adults and up to 2 children on the sofa beds. The house is not rented by the room.

How booking works

We reply within 24 hours
We check availability and send you the total cost, the deposit terms and the pro forma invoice. The dates are held for you for 48 hours after we send you this information.
Pay the 50% deposit and receive your instructions
Once we have confirmed and the deposit is paid, your booking is guaranteed. We send you directions, the check-in time and what is worth bringing. The balance is paid on arrival, in cash or by card.
Founding Guest
Founding Guest for the first 10 bookings
The first 10 direct bookings of at least 2 nights receive Founding Guest status. It goes to the person who makes the booking and takes part in the stay.
On every return visit, you get 15% off direct bookings, a Welcome Box of local produce and access to offers for high-demand periods 48 hours before they are announced publicly.
The discount is permanent and applies to future direct bookings made by the same person, provided they take part in the stay. The minimum stay is 3 nights over the holidays, 2 nights at weekends and one night during the week.
The Artcetera Welcome Box holds local produce, chosen by us according to the season and to what we find good around the village at the time of your visit. We make it a little differently every time, so that each box is a small surprise.

Special occasions
New Year’s Eve, Christmas and Easter at the cabin
2,000 lei a night, minimum 3 nights, the whole house and a Welcome Box of festive treats. There is only one house, so for the winter holidays it is best to get in touch early.
New Year’s Eve in Bucovina
A warm hot tub under the winter sky, the long table laden with food and the painted monasteries 20 minutes away. Just you and your people, with no parties full of strangers.

Booking questions
What is the minimum stay?
At weekends, 2 nights. From Sunday to Thursday you can come for a single night. At Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Easter, a minimum of 3 nights.
How do I pay, and what happens if I cancel?
Once we have sent you availability, the total cost and the pro forma invoice, we hold the dates for you for 48 hours. During this time, you pay a deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay. The balance is paid on arrival, in cash or by card.
If you cancel at least 15 days before arrival, we refund your deposit in full. The deadline is 23:59 on that day: for example, for an arrival on the 30th, you can cancel until 23:59 on the 15th. The refund is made to the account you paid from, within 5 days. If you cancel after this deadline, the deposit is not refunded.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. If you are arriving later, let us know; after 21:00, only with notice in advance. A later departure is possible only once we have confirmed it, depending on the house schedule.
What is included in the price?
The whole house and all available spaces, the hot tub prepared by us, firewood for the fireplace, bed linen and towels, internet and parking. The sauna is still being fitted out; access will be included once it is available. Breakfast and experiences are optional and paid for separately.
Can we rent just one room?
No. The house is only rented as a whole, to a single group. For two people, from Sunday to Thursday, the whole house costs 900 lei a night.
